My name is John Mason. My business is called Cook Mark. I started this business because I like cooking, and it inspires me to make new foods. I am allergic to some foods like gluten and dairy, so that’s why I think that this cookbook is great. For people like me and my dad who have these food allergies, I wanted to share recipes that are gluten and dairy free. I also include bookmarks so that you can mark your favorite recipes or use the bookmark in another book. I started this cookbook at age 7. My birthday is in November. I like to play the piano, play video games, and play card games with my family and friends. I also like tennis and basketball.
